Team Coaching consists of our proprietary 4-month on-line program coupled with our Executive Assessment with extensive feedback, 4 additional individual one-on-one coaching sessions and 3 group calls facilitated by TLT Coaching.
Team Training
Team Training is a highly scalable “train the trainer” option that utilizes internal client company coaches that complete our team coaching experience (described above). Team training requires a minimum of 100 participants.
Executive Coaching
For high potentials we offer an accelerated and intensive growth experience. Bi-weekly individual Executive Coaching is scheduled for 3 months. Each high potential also completes an executive assessment and is enrolled in our on-line program. The length of time and price of Executive Coaching depends on specific role, needs and objectives.
